In fact, it is with this aim in mind that this website has been set up.
The Board of Directors (BoD) is at the core of corporate governance practice and oversees how the Management serves and protects the long-term interests of all stakeholders. An active, well-informed and independent Board is necessary to ensure highest standards of corporate governance.
Corporate governance guidelines
BDRCL has been set up recently. As the project gathers steam, BoD will develop corporate governance guidelines to help fulfill our corporate responsibility to various stakeholders. These guidelines will ensure the BoD will have the necessary authority and processes in place, to review and evaluate our operations when required. The BoD may change these guidelines from time-to-time to effectively achieve our stated objectives.
